Specializing in residential and commercial transactional real estate, secured and unsecured financings, landlord tenant matters, litigation management for clients, collections, commercial and residential leases, construction lien law management for clients, title insurance, legal documentation, employment law issues, purchase, sale and financing of recreational facilities throughout the state, general corporate matters and court ordered and voluntary mediations and arbitrations  in a variety of areas of litigation, including construction defects, family law, contracts, real estate, employment law, landlord/tenant disputes, mortgage foreclosures, garnishment, homeowner and condominium associations, etc.
